The heat and ice registry

The HEAT and ICE registry are continually updated and are the registries for data collection of focal therapy outcomes required by NICE (UK). There are also European and USA versions.

 

All individual surgeons and centres have full access to all raw data at any time they wish and need for their purposes. All surgeons have also agreed to have their data analysed together every so often for national and international publications and presentations at conferences. Occasionally our data have been shared with regulatory authorities for device approvals.

The data is held anonymously and is compliant with data protection and GDPR guidance. The registry is classified as a prospective audit of surgical outcomes.

 

Only authorised users are permitted access to the REDCap portal housing the registries but below are a couple of snapshots of the registries taken sometime in September 2020.
